Since then, Allie has honed her craft across two worlds:

Special Effects Makeup: designing creatures, gore, and cinematic transformations for film, theater, and immersive events.

Beauty & Bridal Makeup: crafting flawless, signature looks for weddings, photoshoots, and milestone events.

What sets her apart is not just her speed, precision, or unique techniques — it’s the energy she brings to every project.

Directors know her as the calm, inventive problem-solver who delivers beyond expectations.  Brides and clients know her as the artist who makes them feel both comfortable and extraordinary.

For Allie, makeup is more than a skill — it’s a way of storytelling, whether that story calls for elegance, fantasy, or fright.

Allie “Bug” Moore has been fascinated by transformation for as long as she can remember.

Her nickname “Bug” comes from a childhood obsession with insects — small, strange, and endlessly creative in their designs.

That same curiosity fuels her work today, where she blends artistry and technique to create looks that are anything but ordinary.

Her journey began in high school, when her bold daily makeup caught the attention of her theater director, who encouraged her to bring her talent to the stage.

From there, she became the driving force behind her school’s makeup and hair department, eventually training formally at L Makeup Institute.
